By providing your mobile phone number to Volt and Steel (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”). These SMS Terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, do not opt in to our text messaging program.

Our SMS program (the “Program”) sends text messages for the following purposes:

•  Marketing communications, including promotions, sales announcements, new product launches, and special offers; and

•  Customer support communications, including responses to inquiries, order-related updates, and service-related notifications.

You may enroll in the Program by submitting your mobile phone number to us by email at info@voltandsteel.com and expressly consenting to receive text messages from Volt and Steel. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that the mobile number you provide is your own or that you are authorized to enroll it, and that you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and customer support text messages from us at the number provided.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Message frequency varies but will not exceed approximately four (4) messages per month per subscriber.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for details about your specific text messaging plan. Volt and Steel is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send you, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may also opt out by emailing info@voltandsteel.com with the subject line “STOP SMS”. After you opt out, we will send a final message confirming your unsubscribe. After that confirmation, you will not receive additional messages unless you opt in again.

If at any time you need information or assistance regarding the Program, reply HELP to any message we send, or contact us at info@voltandsteel.com. For support inquiries, please include your name and the mobile number associated with your subscription.

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including (but not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers at all times. We reserve the right to add or remove supported carriers without notice.

We respect your privacy. Information you provide in connection with the Program (including your mobile number) will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://voltandsteel.com/. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will only be shared with service providers that help us operate the Program (such as our SMS platform provider) and only as necessary to deliver the messaging services you have requested.

Delivery of messages through the Program is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. Volt and Steel, its affiliates, and its service providers are not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages connected with the Program. Messages are delivered on an “as-is” basis.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program or these SMS Terms at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be communicated through the Program or posted on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program or these SMS Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved as set forth in our Website Terms of Use.
